World Refugee Day – Richard Branson’s Thoughts…

You may have seen in the news recently the shocking images of 2000 men women and children desperately crossing the Syrian-Turkish border to flee the fighting in their home town of Tal Abayad. Well as today (June 20th) is World Refugee Day, Richard Branson has written a powerful piece on his blog about why the contribution of refugees is so important not only to our country but to the world as a whole. He talks about the huge impact refugees can have on their host countries, like for example how Albert Einstein came to the US as a refugee fleeing Nazi Germany.
