Here’s a short video of Peak-Performance Coach Tony Robbins discussing his simple morning routine with Oprah Winfrey. I love his videos for a number of reasons, one is the energy level with which he speaks. He is someone who, by his own admission has transformed his own life and his energy levels through daily practices that anyone can do. They can even be done within 10 minutes! He says that if we don’t have even 10 minutes to spare in a day, then we really need to assess our life priorities! After all, there are very few people who don’t want to have his energy levels! 🙂
Tony Robbins is successful because he has followed through with his fundamental practices day after day for decades! In this video, he discusses how he gets himself energised through “priming” himself every morning, and why he feels being grateful is so important if we are to have a positive mental state. Enjoy!
