Life has it’s challenges and we all have problems, but how much are we prone to over-exaggerate how bad our lives have been for significance and sympathy! This is a classic sketch from the legendary British Monty Python team that pokes fun at how we can tend to indulge in our self-pity. Imagine if we spent the same time and energy focusing on the positives and how different that might feel!? When we do we are following the principle of appreciation, something you’ll find all legends doing as much as they can.
